- Codes were set for Bank 1 & 2 fuel trim too lean. Checked fuel trims on test drive and found the intake air vs exhaust correlation was 12-15% lean. Checked MAF and found the MAF to be dirty. Replaced MAF, cleared codes and test drove vehicle again and fuel trims settled out at 4%
