- Test drove vehicle and found popping noise when braking on drivers front. checked caliper for loose play and caliper was tight. noticed excessive movement with drivers front whell when braking checked lower control arm and bolts were left loose from previous control arm install. to tighten control arm motor mount had to be removed to get to bolts, tightened bolts and control arm no longer has play and causing noise.
